CanVision
User Agreement
简体中文Last updated: 2026-10-04
1. Agreement and service provider
This agreement governs your use of CanVision editing, templates, drafts, export and subscriptions. The service is provided by Zhang Detao, referred to as “CanVision” or “we”. Contact canvision01@gmail.com.
Read this agreement and the Privacy Policy before starting, and accept the terms through the confirmation provided in the app. If you disagree, do not continue with services requiring this agreement. Personal-information authorization follows the actual notice and your choices; downloading the app alone does not grant it.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to accept this agreement. Minors should use the service with guardian guidance and have appropriate authorization for purchases.
Do not infringe others’ rights, create or distribute unlawful content, attack systems, bypass access or subscription restrictions, submit malicious content or use the service unlawfully. We may impose proportionate restrictions on misuse.
3. Your media and works
You retain rights in your imported media and lawfully created works. Ensure you have permission to edit and use photos, videos, likenesses, text and other content. Publication and commercial use may require additional permission.
Providing editing tools does not give CanVision ownership of your works. Selected media is processed to provide relevant functions; content voluntarily sent to support is used to address your request.
4. Templates, stickers, fonts and third-party licenses
CanVision and third-party assets may have different licenses. Availability in the app does not grant unrestricted commercial rights for every use or territory, or permission to extract and resell assets separately.
Follow the asset’s license, attribution requirements and rights-holder instructions. Open-source font and other third-party licenses remain in effect without additional restrictions from this agreement. Without the relevant permission, do not separately extract, resell or redistribute protected assets, or claim to be their rights holder.
5. Free features and CanVision Pro
Free features, export conditions, Pro benefits and trials are described in the current version and purchase screen. Check the product, price, billing period, trial conditions and included features before buying.
Prices and products may vary by region, taxes and store. Offers and trials follow their displayed conditions and do not promise permanent free access.
6. Renewal, cancellation and restoration
Apple auto-renewable subscriptions are billed to your Apple account and renew at the purchased interval unless cancelled through Apple subscription management. After cancellation, access usually continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s displayed status. Uninstalling CanVision does not cancel a subscription.
Manage or cancel under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; see Cancel a subscription from Apple. Cancel free or discounted trials at least 24 hours before they end if you do not want renewal.
After reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore Purchases in the purchase screen with the Apple account associated with the purchase. Restoration depends on verifiable purchase records and subscription status.
7. Refunds and purchase issues
Submit Apple purchase refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles them under its applicable rules. Cancellation is not a refund request, and CanVision cannot decide the outcome alone.
If access does not update after payment, restoration fails or export is incorrectly restricted, email canvision01@gmail.com with product or order information and a description. Do not send account passwords or complete payment information.
8. Drafts, exports and availability
Deletion, clearing app data, uninstalling, device failure or system changes may remove local drafts. Save important works promptly. Export results depend on source quality, format, device performance, storage and system support.
Some functions require network or third-party availability. We reasonably maintain the service without promising uninterrupted operation or identical results on every device. Changes take existing paid access into account; material effects are notified and handled as required by law.
9. Rights complaints, responsibility and disputes
Report suspected infringement to canvision01@gmail.com, including the content location, rights evidence and contact details. We investigate and take appropriate action.
We bear service-provider responsibility under applicable law. Descriptions of availability and use risks do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights or liabilities. You may first contact support to resolve a dispute; unresolved disputes remain subject to lawful remedies.
10. Updates and contact
We publish updates here with a date and notify material changes affecting use or rights. Where renewed confirmation is required, we seek it. Updates do not retroactively remove rights already lawfully acquired.
